Four Pillar Challenge
MOVE . NOURISH . HYDRATE . RECOVER
Starting September 1
Small choices can create meaningful change.
Improving your health doesn’t have to begin with a dramatic transformation.
The September Four Pillar Challenge is about showing up consistently, building momentum, and discovering what can happen when you give simple habits time to work.
Each week, we’ll introduce a new pillar. You’ll continue practicing the habits from previous weeks as the challenge progresses.
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about becoming more intentional—one choice at a time.
Your Four-Week Challenge
WEEK 1: MOVE
Take a 10-minute walk after one meal each day.
Walking is one of the simplest ways to add more movement to your day. Choose the meal and time that work best for your schedule.
WEEK 2: NOURISH
Add a fruit or vegetable to at least two meals each day.
Instead of concentrating on restriction, focus on adding more color, variety, and nourishment to your plate.
Continue your Week 1 walking habit.
WEEK 3: HYDRATE
Aim to drink 0.75oz of water per lb of body weight. And the big kicker….No alcohol!
Continue your Week 1 & 2 habits.
WEEK 4: RECOVER
Create a consistent 30-minute nighttime wind-down routine.
Choose a realistic bedtime and use the final 30 minutes of your evening to step away from work, television, and your phone. Try reading, stretching, journaling, breathing exercises, or another calming activity.
Continue Week 1, 2 & 3 habits.
