STEP 2 : FOUNDATIONS

All members new to CrossFit are required to take our Foundations Coarse.

This basic training course consists of four sessions, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6PM. Each session will last approximately one hour with the intention of familiarizing you with standard classroom flow, programming structure, and most importantly, traditional CrossFit movements.

We ask for a two month commitment and payment upfront to join MpFitCo as a Foundation Member.
