Let’s talk about how our programming can support the environment you’re building.
Recovery Membership
COLD PLUNGE // SAUNA
Add on to any membership and boost your wellness and recovery.
Heat and cold therapy, including practices like sauna sessions and cold plunges, play a crucial role in the recovery process. Heat exposure, such as in a sauna, helps increase blood flow, relax muscles, and alleviate tension, promoting muscle recovery and reducing soreness. On the other hand, cold therapy, like immersing in a cold plunge, constricts blood vessels, reduces inflammation, and numbs nerve endings, aiding in reducing swelling and speeding up recovery after intense physical activity. By incorporating both heat and cold therapy into your recovery routine, you can enhance circulation, facilitate tissue repair, and optimize your body's ability to bounce back from strenuous workouts.
