Join us for a dedicated Olympic Lifting Clinic focused on improving your technique, efficiency, and confidence in the Squat Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
Whether you're learning the lifts for the first time or refining advanced mechanics, this clinic will cover movement fundamentals, positioning, bar path, footwork, and practical drills to help you move more weight safely and effectively.
